Join us for a conversation with Helen Dennis and Jean Adeslman on thriving in the second half of life.

Learn and connect with others during an afternoon filled with humor and warmth. Plus, explore our community resource fair featuring local exhibitors and bid on unique prizes during our silent auction.

• Complimentary valet parking begins at 12:30 pm. 

• Our community resource fair & opportunity to bid on very unique items at our silent auction starts at 1:00 pm.  

• The conversation between Helen Dennis & Jean Adelsman starts at 1:30 pm. In a twist on previous years, veteran journalist Jean Adelsman will interview aging expert Helen Dennis for her perspectives and insights on thriving along life's journey.

• There will be a second opportunity to visit the resource fair from 2:30 – 3:30 pm.  Bidding on the silent auction items ends at 3 pm

Helen Dennis is a nationally recognized leader on aging and retirement.  She is the author of a weekly syndicated column, Successful Aging, and the book, Project Renewment:  The First Retirement Model for Career Women.

Jean Adelsman served as managing editor of the Daily Breeze for nearly 20 years.  Over the course of her career, she also worked at the Chicago Sun-Times and taught journalism at Northwestern and USC.
